Take control of your own football academy - a small but promising academy with the ability to grow beyond your dreams.... All you have to do is handle the finances, hire and fire staff, buy and sell players, upgrade academy facilities and schedule player training programs. Easy right?

FIND THE PLAYERS

Use your scouting infrastructure to sign the best young players from around the globe. Find that 'rough diamond' who has not reached their potential but could bring in a fortune in a few years if developed correctly.

DEVELOP YOUR PLAYERS

Focus your efforts on specific areas. Perhaps they lack fitness, or intelligence? Focus your training to rectify any flaws and ensure they become the best they can be.

IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY

You'll need to balance the books! No point buying that exciting new player if the bank are about to liquidate the academy. Hiring a commercial manager will help, but you'll need to decide if you cash in on that player now or wait until they've developed into the player you know they can be.

Hire the best coaches, management and physios to make sure the players develop as fast as possible. The quicker they reach their potential, the quicker you can sell them for big bucks!
